RETURN POLICY

Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, we are not able to offer returns. We do our best to provide as many details as possible in the descriptions of each piece so that you can make an informed decision. We are also more than happy to answer any questions you may have before you purchase – simply drop us a line to hello@stirlingjames.com and we can help you out. 

SHIPPING

All Canadian orders will be sent out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.  Please allow 3-5 days for processing before orders are shipped. You will be notified by email with a tracking number when your order is on its way to you. 

US orders will be sent out via UPS Standard. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before orders are shipped. You will be notified by email with a tracking number when your order is on its way to you.
